Originally from Richardson, TX, Dr. Mobarak earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 1998, majoring in Biochemistry and graduating with honors. He earned his doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School Podiatric Medicine in 2002.

The Texas State Board of Medical Examiners licensed Dr. Mobarak in 2002. He completed a surgical residency at the Central Alabama Health Care System in 2002, where he served as chief resident his final year in Montgomery, Alabama.
Dr. Mobarak is also a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, Dallas County Medical Society, American Podiatric Medical Association, and the American Association of Podiatric Association.
Dr. Mobarak enjoys lecturing to the medical community on several subjects including: Podiatric Sports Medicine, Trauma, Evaluation of the Diabetic Foot, Foot/Ankle Surgery, and Advanced Wound Care. He is also published articles on several subjects, primarily wound care in various podiatric medical and surgical newsletters and journals.
Dr. Mobarak specializes in wound care, podiatric sports medicine, as well as foot/ankle trauma. He is also in the process of developing a limb salvage program at the North Texas VA.
In his leisure time, Dr. Mobarak enjoys lecturing, golfing, bodybuilding, and spending time with his family. He is fluent in both English and Farsi.
